The Vote
Inject campaigns don't get approved by us. They get approved by you — operators stake their XP behind a YES or NO, and the on-chain rule decides. HEXAGON_HIVE (a 100 USDC pool on Base) drew a decisive verdict:
- 93.36% YES — 16 of 19 signals in favor, 1,038,808 approve XP against 73,941 reject.
- Quorum cleared — 1,112,749 XP of total participation against a 1,046,494 XP requirement.
- Both gates met: the 51% approval floor and the XP quorum. Result: SCHEDULED — deploys open soon.

Why This One Counts
This vote landed clean because of a fix we shipped this week: the Inject quorum is now frozen at voting start.
Before, the quorum drifted — as the platform minted XP, the bar you had to clear kept rising underneath you, so a campaign with strong support could get denied by a moving target. Now the quorum is snapshotted the moment voting opens. The bar you start against is the bar you're judged on. HEXAGON_HIVE is the first campaign to clear the vote under the frozen rule — no goalpost-shifting, just a straight community call.
5x Week Lit Up The Grid
The vote didn't happen in a quiet week. We flipped the global XP multiplier to 5x on July 1, and the mesh went into overdrive:
- 341,000 XP minted in the event window vs 106,000 XP the prior full week — a 3.2x jump from fewer transactions.
- ~4.6x more XP per action — the clean fingerprint of the 5x.
- Peak day: 140,090 XP on July 1 — about 10x a normal day.
The multiplier is still on as of publishing. Last call before it flips back.
