One Hub, One Pool: Deploys Are Now Netruns

Three tabs used to answer one question: "what can I do right now for a reward?" Now there is one.

What changed

The dashboard used to split "what can I do for a reward" across three separate places: a Netrun tab, a Deploys tab, and the Inject voting page. Same underlying pool, three unrelated UIs. That split is gone.

• The Deploys tab is retired. Dashboard tabs go from Neural Stats / History / Deploys / Netruns / Extractions / Agent / SBT down to Neural Stats / History / Netruns / Extractions / Agent / SBT. Old links to /dashboard/deploys still work, they just redirect straight into the merged Netrun hub.
• One merged list. Dashboard → Netruns now shows every reward-earning action together, sorted by urgency: Netrun executions, eligible posts, and open Inject votes. Filter chips narrow the view: ALL / NETRUNS / POST / VOTES.
• Nothing about how you actually post or vote changed. Submitting still goes through the same form and the same AI-scoring pipeline. Casting an Inject vote still happens on /inject. This project only merged where you discover what's available, not the mechanics behind any single action.

A Deploy hasn't disappeared, it's just not a separate category anymore. It shows up in the hub as a Post-type Netrun, sitting next to every other kind of Netrun you can run.

One combined reward pool

This runs deeper than the UI. Every campaign used to split its token budget three ways: a slice for posts, a slice for Netruns, a slice for Inject voting, each paid out independently based on your XP inside that one lane. If your XP was concentrated in a lane with a smaller slice, that's what capped your share, regardless of how much you actually contributed overall.

Now there is one pool per campaign. Whatever mix of posting, Netruns, and votes you did, all of that XP gets summed and your token share comes out of the same combined budget. The rule is simple: the more XP you have, the more tokens you collect at Extraction. Full stop, no matter which lane it came from.

The Elite Matrix leaderboard reflects the same merge. Every protocol's per-operator activity used to show separate DEP and NET columns; now it's one combined activity column, matching the one pool underneath.

See the reward before you connect anything

This part isn't new, it's just everywhere now. Netrun rows have always shown you the XP a locked action would pay out, even before you'd linked the account it needs. Now every row in the hub works the same way, posts and Inject votes included:

• Every opportunity shows its potential reward up front, whether or not you've connected anything.
• If a row needs something you haven't linked yet, you get a plain prompt telling you exactly what: link your X account to execute, connect your wallet to execute, and so on.
• Once you connect it, the same row unlocks. No re-scanning three tabs to check if something changed.

You can browse the whole grid, see what everything pays, and decide what's worth connecting for, before you commit to anything.

Why we simplified this

Deploy and Netrun were never really different things to an operator. Both were a task, both paid XP, both fed the same reward math underneath. The only place the distinction still lived was in the UI, and it was making people check three places instead of one. Collapsing it into a single hub and a single pool removes a decision that never needed to exist: which tab do I check today.

What it means for operators

• One tab to check. Dashboard → Netruns is the whole grid now.
• One number to watch. Your combined XP across posting, Netruns, and votes is what determines your Extraction share, not three separate totals.
• See it before you commit. Every reward is visible up front, connect only what you actually want to run.

Both live protocols are running under the merged system right now: HEXAGON_HIVE and BONKER.WTF. Same pools, same rules, one hub.
